The 310th Airlift Squadron (310 AS) is part of the 6th Air Mobility Wing at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. It operates C-37 aircraft providing executive airlfit for Combatant Commanders.

The 310th participated in airborne assaults on Normandy, Holland, and Germany, as well as aerial transportation throughout the European Theater of Operations, during World War II.
It provided helicopter support for atomic weapons tests on Bikini in the Eniwetok Atoll, February-June 1956.
During the Vietnam War the 310th conducted airdrop and airlift to combat forces in Southeast Asia. It also took part in vegetation destruction and malaria control flights from August 1970-June 1972.
The squadron flew airlift missions in South and Central America from 1985-1999, including support for the invasion of Panama, December 1989-January 1990.
